鍍鋅的目的與防蝕原理

鍍鋅是利用鋅在大氣中具有優異耐蝕性的特性，於鋼材表面形成保護層，以延長鋼材的使用壽命。鋅層可作為犧牲層，優先腐蝕以保護內部鋼材，此機制稱為「犧牲防蝕」或「陰極保護」。 即使鍍鋅層局部受損，鋅仍能透過電化學反應持續保護鋼材，防止生鏽擴散。此種雙重防護機制，使鍍鋅鋼材廣泛應用於建築、結構及戶外環境，兼具耐久性與可靠性。

Purpose & Anti-Corrosion Principle of Galvanizing

Galvanizing takes advantage of zinc’s excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere by forming a protective layer on the steel surface to extend service life. The zinc layer acts as a sacrificial layer that corrodes first to protect the underlying steel—often referred to as sacrificial protection or cathodic protection. Even if the galvanized layer is partially damaged, zinc can continue to protect the steel through electrochemical reactions, helping prevent rust from spreading. This dual protection mechanism is why galvanized steel is widely used in construction, structural applications, and outdoor environments for durability and reliability.

鍍鋅鋼捲板之製程

鋼捲原料（Coil）經酸洗處理，再鍍上鋅層之鍍鋅鋼板。經現代化烘烤塗裝工廠，於高溫控制（185°C～460°C）之烤箱區，使鍍鋅鋼板表面塗裝平整光滑，附著力極佳、不易剝落、耐腐蝕、抗酸鹼、絕緣隔熱效果佳、並具自動修補功能，故鋼材表面經塗裝後可提高耐用性及使用壽命。

Galvanized Coil Manufacturing Process

Steel coil material is first pickled (acid-cleaned) and then galvanized with a zinc coating. With modern baking/painting lines and controlled high-temperature curing (185°C–460°C), the coated surface becomes smooth with strong adhesion, is less prone to peeling, and provides excellent corrosion resistance. It also improves resistance to acids and alkalis, offers insulation and heat protection benefits, and helps enhance overall durability—extending product service life after coating.

鍍鋅鋼之鍍鋅量依 CNS 1244（G3207）標準規範。

Zinc coating weight follows CNS 1244 (G3207) standards.

鋼捲鋼板之厚度

鋼捲鋼板之厚度係以國際通用之厚度規範 GA（Gauge）為標準，實際厚度依規格而定。

Coil thickness commonly follows the international GA (Gauge) standard. Actual thickness depends on specification.

鋼板表面銹化

鋼材之表面輕度銹化，係鋼材自然氧化反應之正常情形，輕度銹化不影響材料本身之使用性能。

Skin Pass 之鋼材可改善表面亮度、加工性與耐用性。

Surface Oxidation

Light surface oxidation is a normal natural reaction of steel and typically does not affect material performance.

Skin Pass steel can improve surface brightness, formability, and durability.

鋼板除膜處理

經塗裝處理之鋼板，其表層塗膜具有一定之保護功能；若表層塗膜破損或脫落，則容易產生氧化，因此需避免外力碰撞造成損壞。

Coating Film Protection

The coating film on painted steel provides protective function. If the film is damaged or peeled off, oxidation may occur more easily—so external impact and damage should be avoided.
